I am requesting for reimbursements of $376.
Last April 14, I ordered double-glazed oak French doors. Unfortunately, when
it arrived on May 18, the doors were cut too small. Instead of measuring a
total of 11 feet and 8 inches, the doors measured 11 feet and 4 inches. For
the reason that my client wanted to install them immediately, I accepted my
carpenters offer to rebuild the opening of the doors instead but would
charge me an extra $376. I assumed that this is more practical than
returning the doors to your company, which could cost you double the
expenses. Enclosed is a copy of my carpenters bill and Capitol Lumbers
sales invoice.
Having enjoyed your quality hardware on remodeling jobs for years, I still
trust your company even with this miscue. I trust that you will give this
matter your prompt attention.
