President Ken Stephens called the meeting to order at

5:10 P.M.

Call to Order

Roll Call: Board members Ken Stephens and Sharon

Stites were present. Joseph Kalinowski was present via
teleconference. Also present were Property Manager
Susan L. Bedyan and residents Al and Karin LaFemina
and Robert Ventola.

Posting of Notice and Quorum

Revision and Adoption of Pool Rules discussed at
previous meeting.

Motion by Sharon Stites to pass the rules as presented

and amended
Second by Joseph Kalinowski
All in Favor
Vote 3:0
Motion carried

The new Pool Rules will be mailed and posted on May

20, 2009
