To enable affective treatment for cases of Influenza A HINI, availability of Oseltamivir (all doses including pediatric dose) up to the PHC level needs to be ensured Wide publicity may be given to availability of this drug with public health system and Schedule “X” chemists till such time a decision is taken by the Government of India to notify this drug in Schedule'HI" under Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
