On December 1,2015 the Province of Batangas will be holding Fun Run as kick off
activity relative to the celebration of the 434th Founding Anniversary with the theme ,,Daluyan
ng Kaunlaran, Yaman ng Batangan', at Sto Tomas Batangas.
ln line with this, Selected District Elementary School Heads/Teachers and Secondary
School Teachers/Students listed below are advised to send participants on the above
mentioned activity.

You may get your Fun Run Registration form from Mrs Lea Maramot of Social
Mobilization and Networking. A registration fee of 180.00 pesos will be collected to cover your
fun run shirt. Deadline for the submission of registration form is on November 12,2015. For
