Project
Our project will be creating a user manual/tutorial on how to insert a header, footer,
and/or page number into a document on Microsoft Word on a Mac computer.

Process Description
Process will be an outline of what were going to be describing in
the instructions
statement of what you will be learning in this tutorial, what you
will accomplish
e.g. In this tutorial you will learn how to use microsoft word
header and footer built in function.
Can be short but be specific
Materials
You need a computer that is functional
Word processor software that is activated
Directions
Take screenshots of what you are clicking
Write thorough steps

Troubleshooting
The Usability Testing will provide feedback from test-group. We
will need to revised the directions to include this feedback.
Test cases finding an audience to test out the directions
Finding someone that has no idea how to use header and footer
Creating a survey asking users how clear our directions were (5
questions or so)
