Dear Colleague,
We are proud to present the new Tarascon 2010 catalog containing our growing list of
portable references for the busy health care provider. In 1987, the first Tarascon Pocket
Pharmacopoeia® was published for primary care providers who wanted a quick and easy drug
reference small enough to fit into a shirt pocket. Twenty-two years later, Tarascon has grown
to include not only three expanded print versions of the Pharmacopoeia®: a mobile version, a
web version and an application for the iPhone, but a series of Pocket Guides in ten specialty
areas and dozens of Pocketbook Reference Cards.
In 2008, Jones & Bartlett Publishers acquired not only the ubiquitous Classic Pocket
Pharmacopoeia® and Tarascon series of products, but its loyal customer base as well.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with you. Your feedback has been pivotal in
determining how best to grow the series and we welcome your comments, suggestions
and ideas for new products.
