Dear Hiring Manager:

At this time, I am actively seeking an entry-level position working as a Customer Service


Representative, Retail, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Data Entry or General
Office. I could begin working as early as March 15, or soon thereafter.

I can offer your company experience in all aspects of customer service. Customer service
has been a prominent aspect of all my past job experience therefore I consider it to be one
of my stronger attributes. I am friendly, outgoing, intelligent, reliable, as well as
responsible. I am self-motivated; I can work independently in addition to working well as
part of a team.

As my attached resume indicates, I possess the necessary experience needed to


professionally handle customers, a high volume of inbound/outbound calls,
cashier/money handling, data entry, plus I have an intermediate knowledge/skills using
various programs on the computer.
