SIX SIGMA PROJECT

You have been recently appointed as a Quality Manager in your company. As a measure to improve the
quality at your company you and your quality team proposing to your higher management to implement
Six Sigma. Write a detail report on how you going to implement the Six Sigma and how your company
could be benefited by implementing the Six Sigma.

The report should include:


1. Introduction/Background (Literature Review) References should be quoted on the text
appropriately.
2. Motivation/objectives of the project.
3. Main body of the report from inception/conceptual/feasibility studies to
execution/implementation.
4. Relevant photos/sketching/drawings (as needed).
5. Final conclusions on the outcomes of the project (1-2 pages).
6. References (APA Format).
7. The report should be typed: font size 12 (Times New Roman), 1.5 spacing.
8. Report should be submitted by 20th Dec 2015. However, mid progress achievement
should be written in two pages and submitted a week before mid-semester break.
9. Project presentation should be presented in You Tube format.
10. Group consist of 4 person (max 5).
