AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, BRIOCIO MANUEL L. DOMONDON, SR., of legal age, Filipino,
married, a resident of #84 Bayan Park Village, Baguio City and ROSEMARY
BASBAS, of legal age, Filipino, single, a resident of No. 64 South Sanitary
Camp, Baguio City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:
1. That we personally know ALMA MARIA CEBA-BAJADA, married to
Gualberto Bajada, she being the third child of the Spouses
Daniel Ceba and Andrea Alcantara;
2. That we have a personal knowledge of the above-facts because
the above-named family had been our long time friends. We are
all church-goers at the United Church of Christ in the Philippines,
Baguio City;
3. That we learned that Mrs. Alma Maria Ceba-Bajada was
previously registered with the Civil Registrar of Manila as ALMA
SEBA instead of ALMA MARIA CEBA and that her fathers name
was entered and registered as Daniel Seba instead of DANIEL
CEBA;
4. That the names ALMA MARIA CEBA, ALMA MARIA CEBA-BAJADA
and ALMA SEBA refer to one and the same person, and that the
names DANIEL SEBA and DANIEL CEBA refer to one and the
same person the father of Alma Maria Ceba-Bajada;
5. That we are not related by blood or by affinity with the abovenamed family and that we are not whatsoever interested in the
above-stated facts;
6. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness
of the foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes.
