Upcoming classes (buttons shown in Member Control and Bookings tabs) and Booking Sheets will now show the number
of members currently on the waiting list. For example, this will show as 10/12, WL: 4, which would indicate there are 4
people in the waiting list.

2. Ref TM #192234 // TFS #25103 Refund countdown vouchers

You can now refund countdown vouchers that have been used against bookings when cancelling the booking. When
refunding an extra use will be added back to the original voucher.
Note that you must have Allow On-Demand voucher refund on booking cancellation enabled to use this functionality
(Control Panel >> Global Settings >> FOH (1) tab).

M EMBERSHIP M ANAGEMENT
1. Ref TFS #25303 Online Linking Events
Events will now be generated when using the Online Admin functionality (under Special) to link/unlink or reset a
members password. The event code for these events is MMONLINE.

B OOKINGS
1. Ref TFS #25001 Configure max occurrences when setting up recurring bookings
A new setting for Maximum number of occurrences has been added to Control Panel >> Global Settings >> Bookings
tab. This controls the maximum number of occurrences a user can schedule when making a recurring booking. By default
this will be set to 150.
2. Ref TFS #25002 Configure warning if a booking is made more than x months in the future
A new setting for Warn when booking made more than months in advance has been added to Control Panel >>
Global Settings >> Bookings tab. This will warn a user when they attempt to make a booking more than the configured
number of months in the future.

1. Ref TFS #24475 Enterprise Inventory List: New Column
A new column for Price Scheme Template has been added to the Enterprise Inventory List report (Standard >>
Configuration >> Inventory folder).
2. Ref TM #200217 // TFS #24777 User Custom Fields Member Report: New Column
A new column for Commission Sales Person has been added to the User Custom Fields - Member report (Standard >>
Memberships >> User Custom Fields folder).
3. Ref TFS #25003 Club Details Report: New Column
A new column for CMS URL has been added to the Club Details report (Standard >> Configuration >> Club Details
folder). This will show you what the enterprise part of the URL should be replaced with to get to the club specific URL.

C ONTROL P ANEL
1. Ref TFS #24282 Inventory List will include Tax Rate
The Inventory List shown when opening Inventory Management will now include a column for Tax Rate.

2. Ref TFS #24806 Audit changes to POS schemes/buttons

Changes to POS schemes/buttons are now audited in the new Audit tab, available when you select either the appropriate
POS scheme, or an individual button from the POS scheme:

3. Ref TFS #22803 Option for .docx file types

When creating a template document there is now an option to select .docx as a file type. This is part of ongoing work and
is not supported by the merge process, so if you are creating a document for merging please continue to select .doc as
the file type.
4. Ref TFS #25180 Mark all bookings as Attended
A new setting for Mark all booked status bookings as attended after booking date has been added to Control Panel >>
Global/Group/Club Settings >> Booking Attendance/Bookings tab. When this setting is enabled any booking with a status
of booked will be changed to attended at the end of the days, regardless of discount or whether they have paid or
not. Note that this functionality overrides any other booking attendance options.
5. Ref TFS #25506 Move Show debt x minutes before bookings configuration option moved to Control Panel
The number of minutes before bookings that debt is shown can now be configured in Control Panel >> Global Settings >>
FOH (1) tab.

P RICE M ANAGEMENT
1. Ref TM #184181 // TFS #20771 Promotions: extra months for Paid In Full agreements
You can now create promotions which give paid in full members extra months. To do this, create a new discount scheme
and select the Additional Months (PIF Only) option from the Fee to Update dropdown. The Value option now represents
the additional number of months. The maximum number of months is limited to 6, if you would like this changing please
log a ticket with Legend Support.

When a member qualifies for this promotion the calculation for obligation, renewal and last use dates will include the
additional months.
Please note that functionality for this promotion has not been implemented online; this will be available in an upcoming
release.
2. Ref TFS #20773 Initial Payment Discount
There is now an option in Price Management to offer a discount off the Initial Payment amount. This will be discounted
off the total outstanding for the members first payment, regardless of whether these fees come from Admin Fees,
Prorate or any other fees. To set up a discount for the Initial Payment Amount open Price Management >> Promotions >>
New Discount Scheme, set up the discount as normal and select Initial Payment Discount from the Fee To Update
dropdown. Note that this functionality currently only supports Fixed Amount discounts. This discount will apply online
and in APIs.

3. Ref TFS #20880 / 24713 Promotions: Reduce Cycle Fee for a number of months
You can now create promotions which reduce the cycle fee for a member for a number of months. To do this, select the
(Up Front) Cycle Fee option from the Fee to Update dropdown, set the discount value and select the number of months
from the Duration dropdown.

Note that the Up Front Cycle Fee option has been replaced with (Up Front) Cycle Fee.
When joining online, the member will see both the initial promotional fee and their regular fee.
4. Ref TFS #21165 / 21168 Combine two Promotions
In Price Management you can now create two promotional discounts which can be combined, so they can both apply to
the same purchase. The first discount must be a global discount, which applies without a promotional code, and the
second must be a discount which requires a promotional code. Note that you can have multiple combinable promotions
set up, but you can only use two in conjunction. Combinable promotions can apply online.
To create combined promotions, create your promotion as normal in Price Management and tick the Can be combined
checkbox on the New Promotion screen. Note that you will need to tick this box for both promotions.

You can combine percentage and fixed price discounts. Some examples of how this will work are detailed below.
Promotion 1 is always the promotion that applies without a promotional code, Promotion 2 is the promotion that only
applies once a promotional code has been entered.

Case 1: Promotion 1 has a 50% discount, Promotion 2 has a 50% discount in this case the 50% discount will apply first,
then another 50% discount will apply to the remaining fee, e.g. 100 fee will be discounted to 50 after the first
promotion applies, then to 25 when the second promotion applies.
Case 2: Promotion 1 has a 50% discount, Promotion 2 has a fixed price discount in this case the 50% discount will apply
first, then the fixed price will be discounted. If this would give the member a negative amount the fee will be set to 0, e.g
50 fee will be discounted to 25 after the first 50% discount is applied, then if the second discount is 30 off, the
member will be charged 0. If the second discount was 20 off, the member would be charged 5.
Case 3: Combining a combinable promotion and a standard promotion if a member uses a promotional code which
cannot be combined they will receive that discount instead of the default global discount.

F EE C OLLECTION
1. Ref TFS #22775 Details View in Collection Comparison
Fee Collection can now include a detailed breakdown of members fees from Collection Comparison. This view is accessed
by running a collection from a template and double clicking a members name. This will show you the fee, service type
(membership, bolt-on, debt etc.), the previous amount, the current amount, the variance and the GL Account associated
with the charge.
If you would like to enable this view please log a ticket with Legend Support and they will pass it to the appropriate team.

2. Ref TM #187943 // TFS #21871 / 22240 Bookings: Categorise activities
You can now add activities to Categories, so members can easily find the activity they want to book. To add a category
open Bookings >> Manage >> Resources:

Select <add new> from the short name, enter the name you want members to see online, select the appropriate booking
type, tick Is Active and click OK. You can view a list of currently linked sub types in the Linked Sub Types tab. Note that
you will require the new security token BK_RESOURCESUBTYPECATEGORY_VIEW to view Sub Type Categories, and the
token BK_RESOURCESUBTYPECATEGORY_EDIT in order to create/edit Sub Type Categories.
To assign sub types to a category click Manage >> Resources >> Resource Sub Types, select the appropriate subtype and
select the appropriate category from the new Sub Type Category dropdown:

Only Active categories will show in this dropdown.

Online this will show as:

Note the category will only show online if the member selects a club which has activities linked to the category.
3. Ref TFS #24853 Warn member when attempting to re-submit card details
If a member pays off a basket, clicks back and attempts to pay off the basket again they will receive a warning advising
that this basket has already been paid for.
4. Ref TFS #25073 Bookings: Separate booking option for outstanding debt members online
A separate option for Outstanding Debt Online has been added to Global Settings >> Bookings, allowing you to set
different booking options for members with outstanding debt for in house and online booking.

In the header line of Accommodation planner you will now see a total for the available rooms.
6. Ref TFS #24363 Grouped Resource Availability
An option for Availability Check has been added to the LEMS home page. From here, you can see all your resources, and
how available they are based on the colour code:

7. Ref TFS #24446 Creating an event for non LEMS corporates

When creating a new event and searching for a corporate, if that corporate does not have a contact assigned the user will
be redirected to the contacts page and promoted to assign a contact.

The Re-enrolment Management option will now show at all times.
2. Ref TFS #24657 Tagging a template with Categories
You can now create and assign categories to Sports Courses templates. This relates to upcoming functionality which will
allow members to search for Sports Courses online.
To create a category expand Configuration and click Configure Categories. Note that you will need the new security token
SC_CAN_CONFIGURE_CATEGORIES in order to see the Configure Categories option. Once you have added some
categories an option for Category will be shown when creating a new template, allowing you to assign a category to a
template.
