I will continue to further my knowledge and

research on the communities that I chose to
work with. I will also stay up to date with
technology as it continues to develop.

sustainable changes in service delivery
and practice to improve the quality of
social services.

I will continue to go to trainings and meetings

that my supervisor attend. These trainings
and meetings help school social workers stay
up to date on different policies and all social
workers are able to enforce the same policies.
