Coordinate the FMLA leave, STD administration, and LTD process with the
outsourcing partner.
Maintain own case load and acts as single point of contact for assigned
Organizations HR, employees and managers on STD, LTD and FMLA claims,
questions, and process. Receives and administers requests for other types
of disability related leave.
Provides accurate information to employees and management regarding
benefit programs, as they relate to STD, LTD, FML, and workers
compensation. Communicates with HR, employees and managers regarding
leave designation and status and answers questions from employees and
