Mary Religious Education 2nd year (Confirmation) Syllabus 2015 2016 Liturgical Year (Rev 2)

Every Class Agenda:
1. Opening prayer and formation.
2. Review last class material (Chapter review and key/difficult points) and Confirmation
Question Packets
3. Read and discuss this class lesson segment.
4. Perform selected class activities.
5. Go over tough parts of session and review what learned from activity.
6. Discuss Church current events, coming attractions and todays Mass.
7. Discussion questions from Catechism (ask Mr. Bullard anything, I mean it!).
8. Read assigned sections of A Biblical Walk through the Mass Class #3, #5 8
9. Closing prayer and room cleanup.
Notes:

1st session form class rules.


1. Always follow the Great Commandment.
2. Class is from 9:15 10:45 at the parish hall followed by 11:00 Mass at the Church. Be

on time.
3. Only speak when acknowledged by the teacher.
4. No more than 2 students out of class at one time during class.

Home work after every class will be to discuss lesson with family
(other assignments will be given as needed).
Bring, Lesson Book, Bible and a pencil or pen to every class.

Confirmation
To help candidates recognize that Confirmation is not the end of
something, but the beginning of an incredible new phase in their faith
journey
