TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that effective communication skills are an important part of teaching and learning which affect a teacher. Through
teachers listening attentively to their students questions, using effective body language, and through teachers communicating
effectively with parents to help them support their childs learning, much more positive learning outcomes can be achieved with
students. I believe that effective use of body language is a powerful communication skill that a teacher can use to support her
verbal communication skills and be able to deal with students in a good way. I believe also that effective classroom management
enhances learning and teaching and that when teachers set clear rules and offer rewards that student interaction is increased and
management of student behavior becomes easier. Its allow the lesson to run more smoothly and create an environment for
motivating students to participate more in the classroom.
