SOP for insertion of wire & Sewing of strap

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR :


- PUSH IN CUP-WIRES

REQUIREMENTS :
l. Photocopy of every style A/D for Operation Pushing wire. See example attached.
- Sewing of Strap operation.
ll. Blue print of wire, See example attached
PROCEDURES:
1. Start by comparing the bundle size with ticket & Label.
2. Check the material number in the wire package according to A/D.
3. Put the wire on the Blue Print to confirm the wire is correct before YOU START
THE OPERATION.
REMARK: ANY DISCREPANCY FOUND FROM BOTH A/D AND BLUE PRINT SHOULD BE
RAISE UP FOR FUTHER CHECKING. EACH AND EVERY BUNDLE MUST BE CHECK THE
SAME WAY BEFORE STARTING THE BUNDLE

4. Put the garments on the lap with outer surface facing upward. START ALWAYS TO
INSERT THE WIRE ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATION IN A/D.
5. Make sure to identify the inner and outer side of WIRE before start pushing the
wire.
6. After finished of ONE bundle, any EXECESS WIRE put them back into the polybag
and return to the SUPERVISOR. Operators are NOT ALLOWED to hold or keep any
extra wire at THE WORKPLACE.
7. Supervisor collects IMMEDIATELY ANY EXCESSIVE WIRE at THE WORKPLACE of the
operator in order TO AVOID MIXING UP.
REMARK: SAME WIRE SHAPE/SIZE MAY NOT BE SAME MATERIAL NO, MAKE SURE TO
CHECK OF DIFFERENT HAND FEEL. ( HARD OR SOFT)
EXAMPLE :07003 SOFT AND 07099 HARDER BUT SAME SHAPE, NO &
SIZE.

Sewing of Strap

REQUIREMENTS :
l. Photocopy of every style A/D for Sewing of Strap.
PROCEDURES:
1. Start by comparing the bundle size with ticket & Label.
2. Check the material number, width, length, slide width according to A/D.
3. Measured the strap length, width & slide width with tape measure.
Make sure all items are correct before YOU START THE OPERATION.
4. After finished of ONE bundle, any EXECESS Strap put them back into the polybag
and return to the SUPERVISOR. Operators are NOT ALLOWED to hold or keep any
extra Strap at THE WORKPLACE.
5. Supervisor collects IMMEDIATELY ANY EXCESSIVE Strap at THE WORKPLACE of the
operator in order TO AVOID MIXING UP.
