Who Took my Survey

Purpose
The purpose of this survey is to inform
nurse management staff how well their
nurse staff treat their patients. The feedback
of a patient is very important. It allows for
management to see were there strength is, as
well as leading them to the areas need to be
improved. To insure that every patient has a
satisfactory visit.
Method of Survey
For my survey I used the monkey survey
app that I installed on my phone. I typed in
the questions with the answer choices. Then
I sent out my survey by email and text message. As the responders answer my survey,
the app also recorded the results and place
them in graphs.

A total of 26 people took my survey, both

males and females. Ranging from the ages
of 16-50 years.

Are you a male or female?

Have you been to a health care facility?
How would you rate your experience?
How long did it take for them to take
you in?
What kind of facility was it?
Would you rather go to a clinic instead
of an actual hospital facility ?
When you had a question or concern
were you able to find a staff member to
help you?
Were the answers given by the staff
member understandable./helpful?
Did you feel like you were treated with
respect in a professional manner?
How would you rate how well the staff
worked together?

Hypothesis
1. I strongly believe that more than 90% of
the people taking my survey have attended a health care facility.
2. I highly believe that 50 to 60% of the
people taking my survey will rate their
health care experience to have been satisfactory.
3. I m certain that majority of people taking my survey would rather go to a health
care clinic instead of an actual hospital facility.
Conclusion
My second hypothesis on how people would
rate their health care experience as satisfactory was wrong. Since only 35% was actually rated it as satisfactory. However my first
and third hypothesis were correct. 70% of
the people would rather go to a clinic instead of an actual hospital facility and 96%
have attended a health care facility before.
