Annotated Notes: On October 8th I took notes over my first interaction with a
schizophrenic patient. These notes will help me with my final project because it gave me
a firsthand experience. While Dr. Loya was talking to the patient, I noticed he was
constantly shaking which is a symptom of Schizophrenia. Dr. Loya asked him about past
experiences where he believed cops were being rude to him and had filed a complaint,
but because he was doing much better and the treatment was working well, he said he did
not even remember any of that because it was completely out of his mind
