Immigrants have always been the ones to blame when an economic

crisis or any kind of attacks occur. Theres been all sorts of negative
comments towards immigrants, like criminals, rapists, drug dealers, etc. To
me, this is just a stereotype given to immigrants because of unpleasant past
events. Immigrants have done so many things for this country, but everyone
just points out the negative things that theyve done. Event though the good
would outweigh the bad, immigrants would still be considered criminals.
Republican, front runner, Donald Trump has said many rude comments
over Mexicans calling them criminals and rapists. He goes over how
undocumented immigrants bring drugs and crime to this country, but is he
so wrong. Experts actually have found that since the 1990s immigration has
increased, but crime has decreased. The worst part is that most of the crime
occurred, arent from immigrants, but from native born Americans.
Undocumented immigrants usually come into this country for job
opportunities and nothing else, they stay out of trouble and focus on their
own business. Mexicans dont go out their making riots and hurting this
country. Mexicans are proud to be able to live in this country, the country of
opportunities and freedom. They wouldnt hurt the country that they believe
is the land where all dreams come true.
Mexicans arent the bad guys, if anything theyre helping out the
country. Not everyone would do the job that Mexicans do out in the field. It is
hard and the weather is extremely hot. Actually, the percentage of
immigrants having a job is higher than than the whole population of the

United States. Mexicans are said to be hard workers and very dedicated to
what they do. They are known for helping out others and being humble.
Theres this famous Mexican saying that says, Donde hay comida para uno,
hay para dos. It means that if they have food for one person, then they
have enough food for two. Even if theyre going through rough times, they
will never hesitate in helping others. Dios aprieta, pero no ahorca.
Donald Trump has a plan in deporting 11.3 million undocumented
workers and take away citizenship of those babies born to an undocumented
immigrant. I, as a Mexican American, dont believe that there is a need to
kick out innocent undocumented immigrant out of this country. Ive known of
cases were children get separated from their parents because their parents
arent allowed to be in this country. It is very unhuman to separate a child
from their parent. It is also cruel to take away the privilege of getting a
higher education to a child that was raised in the United States. That child
knows this country as their home and it is very sad for their future to be
taken away because they werent born in this country. They grew up loving
this country, taking care of it, being proud of it, for nothing.
