Attended two weeks of orientation before school to learn
about the schools philosophy and pedagogy.
Participated in two 8 week placements in lower elementary
and upper elementary Spanish classes where I team taught
and then taught independently for 10 weeks.
Planned age appropriate lessons, which were based on the
ACTFL standards of oral language proficiency.
Pulled groups out for specialized reading groups where I
evaluated their reading levels.
Differentiated my lessons based on the amount of native
Spanish speakers and the amount of students that were
struggling in each class.
