violate the
dignity, well
being, and
safety of
another
person.
Harmful and
illegal. These
behaviors will
not be
tolerated and
warrant an
immediate
office
discipline
referral.

bullying that is
abusive verbally or
physically

including biting,
spitting, choking,
dangerous horseplay/

in bodily harm that
