RULES:

The article should have a maximum of 1500 words and a minimum 1000 words.
Articles can be contributed by Corporate / B-School Students.
It must reach us at editorial.tiss.hr@gmail.com on or before 30th Nov with subject line as
For Article Writing Competition.
References should be mentioned wherever necessary to avoid plagiarism.
Thorough research is strongly appreciated.
Articles can be co-authored (Maximum two authors) or written individually.
Theres no restriction on number of articles that can be submitted. Further, any number of
entries is permitted from a B-school.
Font should be Times New Roman with font size as 12 and 1.5 as spacing.
Ensure that the first page of the article has the following details for every author:
o Full name of participant
o Course of graduation / Designation
o College name / Company name
o Batch of graduation (eg: 2015-17) / Years of experience in HR
The articles would be evaluated based on:
Originality of thought
Relevance
Depth of research
Presentation / Coherence
Plagiarism

In case of any disputes regarding the selection of articles for the magazine, the decisions of
Ed-Comm would be final.
