Professional Experience
Inform the customer of any needed repairs to ensure the safety and performance of their
vehicle. Take road tests with customers in their vehicle to ensure all complaints and
repairs were completed as requested.
Verify shipping & receiving of parts, tires, & supplies, close out open invoices, conduct
customer follow up calls to ensure satisfaction.
Track incoming and outgoing monies for the financial center, order needed supplies,
manage the teller schedule.
Examine customers accounts for any financial needs I could offer to better their
financial future.
