Conclusion
RF Optimization is required for consistent cell coverage
and overshooting control
Parameter adjustment is required e.g. cell radius in
order some distant servers with good coverage to
provide coverage required.
HO Parameters e.g. HO forbidden should be set on Cell
to NB relation in order distant servers not to be used
and hence drops will be avoided.
Due to specific area water and islands optimization of
azimuths, tilts, parameters and Network strategy should
be adjusted in order to improve Network performance.
