The fourth week in GEMS school is so interesting that I learn a lot of thing on this week. I starting my first day of the week to observing my friend Fatima in her classroom. It was so interesting that I observed her work and give the feedback for her lesson. As a training teacher we need like this task to learning from each other. Otherwise, the teacher used a good classroom management that I observed in classroom like writing the students talking name on the board that students starting to be quiet and don't talk between each other. Furthermore, the other way that teacher used to manage the classroom is using class dojo that give the students point if they are working well they will get point. Otherwise if the students misbehave in class they will lose point. However, the teacher using a different classroom management that for each class have a different way. For example, for first class the teacher lets students to behave to writing the name of the talking students in the board, while for
the other class she is using counting from 5 to1 to students
starting be quiet. The interesting activity that teacher using in the classroom that students was engaged that lets the students drawing on the note book about the germination of seeds.
