Alternative Classroom Learning Experience (ACLE) is an activity of the UPD Student Council and is held once every semester, every 3rd week of August and 3rd week of January.

+ As per Ocial Gazette post, P resident Benigno S. Aquino III signed Proclamation
No. 459 entitled D ECLARING THE REGULAR HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL (NON-WORKING)
DAYS, AND SPECIAL HOLIDAY (FOR ALL SCHOOLS) FOR THE YEAR 2013.

According to the Proclamation No. 459, the P hilippines 2013 holidays are categorized
into three: Regular Holidays, Special N on-Working Days and Special Holiday (for all
schools).

The proclamation also has provisions for the national holidays in observance of Eidl
Fitr and Eid ul Adha, but the exact dates are still to be determined in accordance with
the Islamic calendar.
