Maintenance Contract (AMC) of RO Systems. Please find our lowest rates for the same which are

Basic Conditions
1. On demand service visit and free replacement of spare parts during the period of contract.
2. The equipment must be in good working condition before the contract become effective. The
customer shall pay necessary charges in the first instance for hindering the equipments so
workable.
3. Payment monthly on invoice basis.
4. Service taxes not applicable.

5. Payment for the raised invoice must be receipt on /or before sixty (60) days from the date of
acknowledgement receipt of the invoice.
6. In case of non-receipt of payment on/before due date spare parts of the machine will not be
changed if required during repair / maintenance.
7. AMC charges applicable will be continued even if machine stops performing due to nonreplacement of spare parts due to non-receipt of payment on /before due date.
8. 1 person (technician) will be available in plant from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday
except holidays declared by Indian Govt.
9.All the above rates for One (1) Year Only/10. Lodging and meals must be provided by customer on free of cost basis.
11. Water star sales and services shall not be held responsible for failure to any of the obligations
of the contract, if such failures are the result of circumstances of forces majors such as but not
limited to floods, earthquakes, transportation strikes, labor dispute or any other conditions
beyond the control of water star sales and services.
12. Any dispute arising out of this AMC is subjected to REWA court Jurisdiction Only.
