Specific Learning Outcomes:
Tell the student about the Definitions of healthy and unhealthy food
Know about the most important food that body need it.

Possible Preconceptions/Misconceptions:
Students think that eating more healthy food wills them growth fastly.
Students believe that Fried is the same of potatoes.
ENGAGE:
Starting to explain the activity with to complete the pyramid food
I will give each group some objects of food and they have few minutes to sharing with
other members.
Then each of the group but the objects in the right place in the pyramid and help them if
they need.
Then I asking them some questions :
Q: where we will put the fat and sugar category?
A: in the up of the pyramid
Q: Can someone name a type of group food that we have it her?
A: fruit and vegetables, milk and dairy, meat and fish.
Explain to the students that today we are going to study the healthy and unhealthy food.
Q: What type of food is healthy for our bodies?
A: fruit and vegetable (I tell them this answer)
Q: Can someone tell me why fruit and vegetable?
A: To have energy and growth
Q: What is the food we should to eat it one a weeks?
A: fat and sugar
EXPLORE: Explain that today we are each going to learn about the heathy group that
unhealthy food.
. I give each student a plant with some food such as chocolate or cucumbers , apples and
chips and Ask them some questions
Q: What do you think the will take today?
A: the healthy food or food groups
Q: What do you prepare to eat apples or chips?
A: together apples.
Q: What do you think if you eat more chocolate?
A: we ill sick , our teeth is broke.

Step 1
Have the student place in their own group and open the envelops that have some pictures of
different kinds of food.
Step 2
Then they should to classify the picture in to the teeth one is happy and other is sad. From
the picture they will understand that the happy for healthy and sad for unhealthy.
Step 3
They will glue the food in to the teeth with correct places with some help of me.
Step 4
They will stick the teeth in to the gloves and they will write group name and desiccation
with other in the class.
Step 5
If the other group need more time they will design and color the teeth and pictures of
food. Then will share it in the class and see what they understand. After that we will stick
it in science area.

EVALUATE:
Formative Monitoring (Questioning / Discussion): the feedback what happen , poster that
they create their own lunch box

unhealthy food
Elaborate Further / Reflect: Enrichment: give them homework to complete the puzzle.
Reflection:
Its the eighth lesson plan that I did in my classroom in science class. I was confident to
teach them with my teachers from the school and college to give the student the lesson in
active way. However, the class management of the class was hard because they need more
control for them. I will focuses in management my class by the rules and reword to have a
perfect class.
