Prior Conviction AGG UUW 10CR1061801 - 2 Years Probation
Victim : Tyshawn Lee (9 years old)
‘Tyshawn’s death is the result of a gang war between the BBG(Bang Bang Gang)/Teror dome
Faction of the Black P Stones and the Killaward Faction of the Gangster Disciples. There has
been a history between the two gangs for a long period of time, but it came to a boil as a result
of a shooting that occurred on October 13 of this year. In that shooting Tracy Morgan was shot
and killed while he was in a car with his mother who was also shot and wounded, Tracy
Morgan is the brother of D ~ Cory Morgan who is a member of BBG/Teror Dome. The shooters
in that case are believed to be members of Killaward
Shortly after the shooting D stated that since his brother was killed and his mama was shot he
‘was going to kill grandmas, mamas, kids and all. At that time an uncharged Co-D also stated
that those that killed Tracy tweaked and everybody must die. D and 2 uncharged Co-Ds are all
known to be shooters in BBG/Teror Dome.
‘After that day D and the two others went out daily armed with guns looking to retaliate, A
short time after Tracy Morgan was killed one of the uncharged Co-Ds was seen driving a new
smaller black SUV. There are multiple Ws who have identified this individual as driving this
vehicle for a few weeks before they killed Tyshawn and he ditched it shortly after Tyshawn’s
murder. 0 and the other uncharged Co-D were seen in that Suv on multiple occasions by
multiple witnesses with this individual.
On November 2, of this year during the day time hours D and the two others were driving in the
black SUV looking for retaliation. They ultimately went to Dawes Park at approximately 80"
and Damen. While there they parked the SUV and D and the other 2 were seen getting out of
the SUV and walking into the park. D and the other two were identified as being in the park
and D and one of the others were identified as having guns. D and the others were in the park
for a period of time before returning back to the black SUV, getting into it and driving off. D
and the other two then drove off and returned a short time later. D and the other two werethen seen exiting the same black SUV again but this time when they entered into the park they
went to their left which would’ve been eastbound towards Damen where there was a play lot.
Tyshawn was in the play lot, he had gone to the swing set, set his basketball down next to him
and began swinging. While Tyshawn was playing on the swings the D and other two were
talking amongst themselves. D and the other two were in the play lot for a few minutes at
which time D and one of the others left the play lot, went back to the black SUV and drove
away. When they left, the other uncharged CO-D remained in the playground area.
‘After Tyshawn played for a few minutes the other uncharged Co-D who remained in the park
picked up Tyshawn’s basketball and began dribbling it a few times before giving it back to
‘Tyshawn, Tyshawn and this individual were then seen walking off together, out of the park and
into the alley just off of Damen and across from the park. While they were walking, the black
SUV that D and the other were seen getting into minutes earlier reappeared off of Damen and
followed Tyshawn and the other into the alley. Once Tyshawn reached approximately the
middle of the alley he was ultimately shot multiple times as witnesses did hear several gun
shots.
After the shots the vehicle sped away and made good its escape. The black SUV was ID’d as it
fled the scene.
Evidence
An Autopsy was done of Tyshawn and multiple gunshot wounds were noted.
1. Graze wound, right upper back
One superficial wound, right forearm
3. Two perforating gunshot wounds, right hand (thumb was partially amputated)
appears to be consistent with Defensive wound trying to block the gunshot
4. Gunshot wound to the head
There was evidence of close range firing
Multiple Witnesses have given video-taped statements regarding the events that have been
stated‘The black SUV has been recovered and identified by multiple witnesses
There was a GPS in the SUV which was reset BUT there is GPS data that was retrieved showing
the SUV parked at Dawes Park at 3:56 pm
‘There is additional GPS data that shows the SUV in the area of O’s girifriend’s house after the
shooting
There is video showing the SUV in the area of D's girlfriend’s house
