Comments or reasons for scoring above: This lesson Noura was much more aware of pacing
and ensuring that the lesson finished on time. She used a variety of teaching strategies
including visuals and hands on to keep the childrens attention.

Comments or reasons for scoring above: As Nouras confidence grows so she is beginning
to give feedback during the lesson. She still however has not got to the stage of using
summative assessment.

relative to their area of focus during this session and identify areas in which you
feel further development is necessary.

Noura has made good progress since the first observation. She has worked hard to
build a relationship with the students and has tried out a variety of teaching
strategies. She is beginning to develop and make the lesson hers, for example she
now sets the rules, explains before rushing into the topic.
Her pacing has improved and she this time finished the lesson correctly.
The main problem s the use of her voice which does not change. It is low and quiet
and this allows classroom management to escape from her. She needs to learn how
to act in front of the class putting on physical and facial gestures and different
levels of voice to entrap the class.
