This purpose of this correspondence is to provide you with

Official Notice that you have Trespassed [ John Doe] , and
violated, (HIPAA), and the Fair Debt Collection Act. Practice.
It appears your company is participating in the illegal practice of collecting
unlawful debts that have been Charged Off the original companys
books, and claimed on the original companys insurance policy. The laws
