Does

color
Affect
Mood?
TURNER 6.1 BSS

Question:
Does color effect mood?

Abstract
Do you want to feel more peaceful, depressed, or
angry? Well I have the solution for you. Look
through my colored glasses. I wanted to find out if
color changed peoples mood. That was tested by
making people wear different colored glasses each
for 5 minutes. My hypothesis states that if people
are exposed to different colors, then they will be in
different moods according to the color. The
experimental results supported my hypothesis that
people would be in different moods according to the
color.

Hypothesis
If people are exposed to
different colors, then they
will be in different moods
according to the color.

Conclusion
As stated in my hypothesis, I believe that if people
are exposed to different colors, then they will be in
different moods according to the color. Everything
went just as planned. My hypothesis was supported
because peoples moods changed after they had
the glasses on. There were no unusual events. Next
time I would try to make all the glasses with the
same amount of transparency, and make all the
people sit down and not talk, making the
experiment more accurate.
