When is the best time for breast and

testicular examination? How frequently?
The best time for Breast Self Examination is a few days after
your menstruation, when the breast are least likely to be
tender or swollen. Adult women of all ages should preform a
breast self examination at least once a month.
The best time for Testicular Self Examination is during or after
a bath/shower, when the skin of the scrotum is relaxed. Some
doctors recommend that men should examine their testicles
monthly after puberty.

Testicular Cancer
These screening exams are important tests done when youre
at risk of testicular cancer. Most cases occur between the
ages of 15 and 40, and testicular cancer is the type of cancer
found most often in men ages 20 to 34.
Unfortunately, no standardized screening tests have been
shown to improve testicular cancer outcomes.
