I have a Cisco WS-C3560G-24PS that is currently running 12.2(35)SE5. It lacks the following features, ssh and snmpv3. I downloaded c3560-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin and I want to upgrade it and the other switches of this model to it. What should I check before doing this upgrade on my switches (space and functionality)? It's been some years since I have done and upgrade on a switch and want to make sure I don't have any issues.
I have this problem too.

Do you have space available in the flash memory?
Did you compare the MD5 hash value of the file downloaded against the MD5 hash value found in the Cisco website? The command to do this is: verify /md5 flash:c3560-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin 5e6b0a8846fbf5a1929a533bcd343bcf If the MD5 hash value don't match you'll get an error message. If the MD5 hash value match, the message you'll see is "Verified!".
