14th Dec 1875 In beerhouse PC 46 Thomas Bulbeck reported by Sergeant Savage
drinking while on to being in the Blacksmith Arms beerhouse in ??? St
duty Portsea sitting down and drinking at 12.15AM on the
14th Dec when on duty.
Cautioned by the Inspector 15th December 1875.
26th Jun 1876 Worse for drink PC 46 Bulbeck reported by Inspector Reed for being
when on duty under the influence of liquor at 7.40PM on the 26th
June when on duty in ??? St Portsea.
Severely reprimanded and ordered to be placed at the
bottom of his (second) class by watch committee on
4th July 1876.
