CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
As a student nurse, I have gained experience from planning and providing total patient care
under the supervision of clinical instructor and registered nurses. I have used the nursing
process in providing individualized, goal-directed, culturally sensitive care to a wide variety of
patients with acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan. During my clinical rotations, I

demonstrated critical thinking when performing in the nursing role, including assessment,
diagnosing, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care. In all clinical
settings, I have established effective professional relationships with patients, families,
interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary team members, faculty, and students.
