You will be producing 3-4 interviews during your chat show. For each interview state who will be doing
which role. You must do EVERY role once during the show.

The operation works with digital, electronic and film camera that produce the required shot by
combining the use of complex technology. They are used within the studio following the script
and using all sorts of shots given in a particular order. Following what the director wants and
achieving in effectively.

They are responsible for recoding film/video production. Ensuring that dialogue recorded during
filming is suitably clear. Creating the emotional impact of a script are conveyed through dialogue, as
most films are seen as challenging environments for mixers because they are often unwanted
noises to deal with, or the required shots hamper with the placement of the microphones.

Vision mixers are technicians that work the consoles that are within the galleries on control rooms.
There responsibility for controlling the vision mixer is to make sure that the pictures that are rolling
through the camera is controlled by the vision mixer who is creating the view you would have from
your TV screens.

Most senior role within the television lighting departments. Its their job to use the script from the
product5ion team which allows them to design a specific look thats required for each shot. They
must be able to set up and operate the lighting system correctly and effectively.

The floor manager will examine of the production studio making sure everything is correct and right

the floor with the cameras, lighting, production, locations etc.

Draw a plan of your set. Mark on the position of lights, cameras, props and Green-screen
backgrounds.

Lighting Design
Take photographs of the lighting set up for the following sections of your show;
a) The presenter introducing the show
b) Interviews (the lighting may be different for different interviews)
c) The end of the show
Stick the photographs in and add notes explaining the setup.

The setup of this lightening will be the same throughout the whole production. There will be
the lighting above the sofa where the spotlighting will be high when the interviewer and
interviewee is sat down in the studio.
With all two interviews that are within the production the lighting will be exactly the same
this is so it will produce the same effect when it comes to editing.it will also make sure the
lighting doesnt affect the outlook of the interview.
