INTRODUCTION
This research is about technological leadership and it is done to analyze the school
principles leadership about technology and its effect on the other teachers and their
performance. As a result, principles should be technology leaders and implement the
new technology into education. This will help the teachers to improve themselves so that
they can be more effective in their profession.
Purpose of the research:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among principals
technological leadership, teachers technological literacy, and teaching effectiveness.
METHODOLOGY
What is the methodology for the research or approach used to understand the
issue? Provide information regarding the following:
Participants: 1000 teachers in Taiwanese elementary schools
Procedures: Survey on 1000 teachers selected randomly in 100 schools in 6 different
cities of Taiwan.
Data Collection Methods/Data Source: Survey results
Data Analysis: SPSS was used to calculate scale reliabilities (the Cronbachs alpha)
and to perform factor analyses. The final SEM model was done with LISREL. %60.5 of
the questionnaires distributed were returned. Tables created according to the results.

RESULTS
Findings or Results (or main points of the article):
The results showed that principals technological leadership has a significant positive
effects on teachers information technology literacy. Studies and the surveys show the
quality of support provided by school principals will greatly affect the quality of the work
as well.
DISCUSSIONS
Conclusions/Implications (for your profession):
For a school principal or a business manager, implementing the technology will result
better coaching and help them to provide better support the people working with him/her
as an employee. Therefore, leaders should encourage the technological development
and training of employees (teachers)
REFLECTIONS
This study has no direct relations with my job. Even though the study is done just for the
school principals and educational leaders, the outcome I can get from this is that a
leader should also lead on implementing highest technology into the business.
