Observed Strengths:

Lovely warm up activity discussing pictures and


sharing their knowledge
Excellent classroom management
Excellent questions
Lovely focus on other countries
Students are full engaged and on task
Very good instinctive and responsive teaching
Well managed singing activity
Excellent eye contact aids classroom management
very well
Very good modelling, demonstrating and drilling
activities
Excellent rapport with students who clearly like and
respect you

Suggestions for further development:

Bit more time for clean-up this was a bit rushed

childrens existing knowledge and
thinking explicit through questioning
and eliciting. This really helps them to
get ready for new learning well done
