Introduction
In recent years, studies
SLA have tended to focus
on learners errors which
that allow for prediction of
the difficulties involved in
acquiring a SL. With Errors
Analysis, teachers can be
aware of the difficult
areas to be encountered
by their students and
devote special care and
emphasis to them.

What is errors analysis means?

The process of studying and analyzing the
errors which are made by second language
learners.
It was established in the 1960s by Stephen Pit
Corderand colleagues
It studies the types and causes of errors.
It is an alternative to contrastive analysis.

The using of EA are:

1. Identify strategies which learners
use in language teaching.
2. Identify the causes of learners
errors.
3. Obtain information on common
difficulties in language learning
as an aid to teaching or in
development of teaching
materials.
