Life Interview Questions and Answers

1.) Tell me one good thing about your parents and why it was so pleasant?
She does not ever not feel loved because they always had loved Jesus and had instilled
the love of Jesus into her too.
2.) Tell me one good ting about each of your grandparents and why it was so
pleasant?
Her maternal parents were called Baba and they could take care of anything and they also
had surprises in his coat pocket. While Moona his wife would take her shopping when
they came home from the United States to the brazil right before she started college in the
United States. She was very stylish. She lived with them in the United States They now
live in San Pedro in California.
Her paternal parents were called gamie and papie dean and came to see them in Brazil
about 3 or 4 times a year. He was also very instrumentively in the world in helping her to
figure out what she wanted to do in the world. He was also very musical and enjoyed
singing, dancing, and looked a lot like colonel Sanders frm KFC. She also knew that all
of these people had loved her.
3.) Can you tell me about one of the toughest challenges you had to overcome?
Her toughest challenge was when she had to come back to United States to go college
because she did not know if she was ever going to return to Brazil. She had also never
went to an American school before either.
4.) What was your favorite way to spend your free time? How did it come
about?
Her favorite way to spend her free time was reading and when her dad would bring her
and her sisters treats she would also get a portugese comic book, so she learned how to
read from a comic book. Her other favorite pastime was swimming they either went to
the beach or the pool(river) because they did not have running water they had a river that
they could swim in though.
5.) What is one of your greatest memories? Why?
Christmas Morning at the grandparent house when she was about seven in the United
States.
Flew with her dad in a small airplane when she was about 10 years years old
6.) What is your earliest childhood memory?
Flew into Miami from Chicago there was a chain and everyone was on the other side of
the tunnel. Grandmother had a stuffed animal in her hand to give to her and after that she
did not freak out as much anymore.
7.)What is your most memorable junior high or high school memory?

Had a senior banquet and still corresponds with one friend from high school in Brazil due
to facebook.
8.)Tell me of your favorite times or memories with your children?
The day that they were each born even tough it was physically excrusitianting the
memories are wonderful such as their high school graduations, college graduations,
and even her sons wedding.
9.)What is something that you would like to say to your kids and husband before
you die?
She would like to write down her memories from Brazil.
10.) What is one thing that you are most proud of for accomplishing so far?
Why?
She is most proud of her 30 years of ministry at Bethany because God used her for
doing that.
11.) If you could give your 20 year old self advice on life, what would it be?
She would give herself the following advice: not to worry that things will work out.
12.) Have you accomplished everything you wanted to in your life? Why or Why
not?
She has not accomplished everything that she wanted to in her life yet but she feels
very good. She still wants to do things like wants to some missionary work, writing
that the lord has given some insight in her on her. Does not necessarily want to do
anymore traveling as she has done a lot of traveling already but will consider taking a
cruise to Alaska though.
13.)In your 20s -30s what dreams did you have? Did you fulfill them?
NO she has not fulfilled this dream because it was to live out in the country
somewhere but they do have a larger lot than some people. Her husbands dad was a
country pastor.
14.) What kinds of things made you a success in life? Why is this so?
The following kinds of things that made her a success in life are the following: her
faith in god, living by his word, and having parents who put gods will first.
15.) What/Who has impacted your life the most? Tell me about it.
Her parents have influenced and impacted her life the most because they were always
there and always showed their love for her.

16.) What is your most memorable place of residence thus far in your life? Why is
that?
Monrovia=> 40 years
Childhood=>7-11 lived in a tiny noble house and had no plumbing but had a river so they
could go clean up in the river and could swim in it.
They were happy with where they lived.
In the United States they lived with their grandparents.
17.) Can you tell me about some people other than family members who have had an
affect on you? How did they make an impact on you?
She went to a Word of Life Camp in Zbrazil at the of 15 and the holy spirit had came real
in her life. Professors and teachers that had made an impact on her.
18.) When looking in hindsight, is there anything you wished you would have done
differently in your lifetime?
She wished that she had more kids.
19.) What does the word old or aging bring to mind? Do you consider yourself
old?
All of her grandparents had lived to be to in their early and and late 80s. She does not
consider herself old at all. You do not necessarily have a choice as to what your body
does, It takes strength to grow old.
20.) What is your greatest fear of dying? Why is this?
Her greatest fear of aging is alzheimers
The causes and process of dying is the fear of dying.
21.) Who was the one who taught you the value of money? How did they teach it?
Her father and her paternal mother learning to set aside money and not to get into debt
into the first.
22.)Do you have any regrets about your life?
Would have liked to have gone back to Brazil more than she has.
Her sisters may eventually move back to Brazil.
