    familiarwiththeterminologybutitwasstillreallycooltohear.Anothercoolthingilearnedwas
    thatyoucangetyourgenestested.Bydoingthis,itcanmapoutallyourgenesandseewhat
    chancesyouhaveofdevelopingcertaindiseasesthisconceptwasinGrey'sAnatomysoitwas
    funnytohearaboutitinreallife.

    Themostinterestingthingthatilearnedabout,however,wasthattherearethreedifferent
    classificationsof'tasters'.ThefirstgroupistheTasters(35%ofpeople),thenextgroupare
    IntermediateTasters(35%ofpeople)andlastlytheNonTasters(30%ofpeople).After
    completingtheactivity,ilearnediamaTaster.Taggingalongwiththis,anotherithingilearned
    isthatbothenvironmentalfactorsandyourgenescontributetowhichcategoryof'taster'youare.
    Thesecategoriesapplytobitterveggies,sugar,overallflavor,etc.
