Thisisdeterminedbythestudentsabilitytostayontaskandcompletetheproject.
Ifastudentisofftaskandinneedofreminderstoworkontheprojectthestudent
willlosepoints.Thenumberofremindersinfluencesthenumberofpointslost.
FallowingDirections:5
Studentswillreceiveallpointsbyfollowingthedirectionsoftheproject.Students
willlosepointsiftheydonotfollowdirectionsandareinneedofreminderswhen
theychosetonotfollowdirections.

Techniqueisdependentonthestudentsuseofthematerialsthroughoutthe
durationofeachproject.Ifastudentusesmaterialsincorrectlyorinappropriately
thatstudentwillbedockedpoints.Studentswillalsolosepointsiftheyareusing
toolsandmaterialsthatareinappropriatefortheproject,orthattheyhavenotbe
taughthowtouse.
Studentsthatuseallmaterialscorrectlyandonlyusematerialsandtoolsthatthey
havebeentrainedtousewillreceivealloftheirtechniquepoints.
ParticipationPoints:10points
Thesearepointsthateachstudentearnsbyshowingupandworkingdoingclass
throughoutaproject.Aswelltheyareearnedbyparticipatinginclassdiscussions
andclasscritiques.Studentsarerequiredtoparticipateasapartofeachprojects
grade,thesepointsare20%oftheirgrade.
Studentswillloseparticipationpointsiftheydidnotcleanuptheirworkspace,
losing25pointsdependingonthemessthattheyhaveleftbehind.Studentswill
alsolosepointsbymissingclasswithoutavalidexcuse,ornotparticipatingin
classdiscussionsandclasscritiques.
