Minutes of November 26, 2015 meeting approved with amendments

Finance Officer reported current balances, explains how we will spend
the money on improving the canteen and the mosque
Human Resources Officer reported that will contact with other
restaurtants and to get another employee to cover the shorten in worker
canteen.

What are the restaurants that will be contracted with them in the coming year?
How we can split the money to fit with our budget to both projects?
What is the necessary equipment availability for the masque
