Based on the groupings we made last meeting, each group of three (3) members shall

assign a member to do one of the following:

1. Draft a position paper (whether affirmative or negative) on the proposition that "a lawyer
should be accountable (under legal ethics) only for acts done while in the Practice of Law";
2. Draft a position paper (whether affirmative or negative) on whether Sen. Pia Cayetano
could be accountable for the manner by which she voted in the SET on the question of
qualification of Sen. Grace Poe; and
3. Draft a position paper (whether affirmative or negative) whether Mayor Duterte could be
sanctioned by the SC for encouraging business investors to pay revolutionary taxes.
Submission will be next Monday December 14. during class.
