DURAissearchingforanindividualwithastrongunderstandingofembeddedhardwaredesignand
implementation.DesignsrangeincomplexityfromECUswithmultiplemicrocontrollerstosimplesensor
circuits.Theidealcandidateshouldhavetheabilitytocreativelysolvehardwaredesignproblemsto
maximizecircuitperformancewhileminimizingcost.Thispositionrequiresadetailedunderstandingof

STANDARDQUALIFICATIONS

ExperienceMinimumthreetofiveyearsofexperiencewithautomotiveelectronicspreferably
hardwaredevelopmentexperience.Musthaveexperienceinprogrammanagementactivities
fromdesignconcepttoproductlaunch.
