Introduction:
As we know classroom in the kindergarten is crowded,
busy and full of areas with complex places. This is very significant to make the
balance between discipline and behavior. The teacher should create an appropriate
environment for the student to improve their abilities in studying, teacher should have
rules and strategies in the classroom to achieve the suitable environment.

Positive classroom Management:

Positive classroom management is creating a safe environment for the student and
building relationship with them. The teacher should make a variety of skills that she
use to keep student orderly, attentive, focused and organized during the lesson. The
environment is the most significant for the student because learning is greatly
affected by classroom management and when the classroom suitable for the student
they will develop their skills.

Classroom Strategies:
During my TP, I observed a lot of strategies that used by the teacher and I chose five
strategies that help the teacher to manage behavior student and help the student to
develop their skills.

Maintain eye contact:

Body language has a strong impact on the student. Making eye contact with
the student is immediate tells them that you are interested in them.
The teacher used to make eye contact with all student because it's
the strong way to communicate and give the information. From my
experience I saw that the teacher who uses the eye contact she get
the attention of all the student and the student was involved with her
whereas the teacher who didn't use this strategy she has difficult to
adjust students, in addition, the student were bored and it's difficult to get their
attention to the lesson. This strategy is useful because the teacher can control all of
the class, For instance, Nora was misbehaving during the lesson then Sara says for
Nora stop because the teacher looking at you.

Levels of the voice:

When I was in my TP I saw the teacher changes their voice level, when the teacher
listens to the noise she increased the voice and her voice become

louder than normal, whilst the answer to speech amplification is a

decline of her voice level. This strategy is worked in the classroom
because when I was observed the teacher I saw her talk with low level
and high level or the normal and student give her the attention when
she change the level voice.

Praise:
Praise has a strong impact on the student. The teacher uses praise strategy to boost
student resilience. A praising good student in front of the classroom is very important
because others will see the good student as a good model and it's also motivated the
students. From my TP, I saw that the teacher who is praise the student to improve
achievement and to increased their self-esteem. One study found that praise for
intelligence leads to the belief by the recipient that their intelligence is fixed, and thus
not something that they can influence through action or effort (Dweck, 2007).
However, I believe that praising student is a good idea.

:Reward system
The reward system is a method that let the student be more motivation in the
classroom by following the rules and when the student has a good behaviour. Its the
best way to keeps the student motivated and engage. For example, when the
teacher loses the attention she reminds them of the reward system and they start to
be with her and answer her. What is love except another name for the use of
positive reinforcement? Or vice versa. (Skinner, n.d.) According to Skinner, you
.show your love for the student when you reinforcement them

:Punishment
As we know punishment is the opposite of reinforcement. The teacher uses this
strategy to decrease undesirable behaviours. I believe that punishment has a lot of
problems when the teacher uses it such as punished behaviour is not forgotten,
creates fear, and causes increased aggression. However there some advantage,
when the teacher uses the punishment as Skinner says, A person who has been
punished is not less inclined to behave in a given way; at best, he learns how to
..avoid punishment. student will learn how to avoid bad behaviours

:Conclusion
Classroom management is the actions and strategies teachers use to solve the
problem of order in classrooms (Doyle, 1986, p. 397). Teachers use routines, rules,
and strategies to ensure that the student is involved the lesson and actively. The
teacher also uses classroom strategies to control the behaviour of the student and to
affect theirs to the best way. This method can help them to set the stage for

instruction. In my opinion, that positive classroom environment is the most significant

thing for the student and also for the teacher I understood that every teacher should
...have a strategy in her classroom that suitable with the student
