representativeofthepriorschooluseattheMotorAvenuesite.
Overall,webelievetheuseoftheITEJunior/CommunityCollegetripratestoestimatetripgeneration

intersectionthatartificiallylimitsnorthboundtrafficflowonMotorAvenue,makesithighlydifficulttogetto
theprojectsitesexistingdriveway.TheproposedNationalBoulevarddrivewayprovidesaningress
alternativeforthesitethatdoesnotrelyonMotorAvenue.
Inregardstotheonsiteparkingspaces,itislikelythatmostofthespacesthatareshownontheplantobe
usedforvehiclecirculationwillberemoved.
