Amjad is a policeman and he performs his duties very honestly. On the
morning he goes to do his duty. He is a married person having two Daughters
and a Son. When he retired from his job; he wanted to open a small business.
He thought about what to do and at last he had an idea to open a shop of
electronic equipment. He wanted to sell fan, TV, Fridge etc.
Amjad firstly arranged capital for his business. He has 15 Lac rupees
from his retirement fund and additionally he borrowed 10 lac rupees from a
relative. Then he started building his shop on a piece of land already
available with him. He went to Gujranwala for purchasing (electronic) goods
from industries operating there. He hired salesmen and technician to help in
daily transactions of the business.
Amjad organized his business; decorated the shop with flowers and
other beautiful things. He gave the training to staff because with training
they work better as compared to other salesmen in his competition. He
advertised his business through cable Television. He has the standard
material and due to quickly built good reputation of his business, people are
coming to his shop on large scale.

Business of Amjad is successfully run

because he is sincere with his work.

He invested 25 lac rupees in establishing the business and he
generated 10 to 15 thousand rupees in profit initially; but with passage of

time his net income increased to 25000 rupees per month (after excluding all
the expanses of the shop, including employee salaries).
