Environmental pollution
In the industrial age, many problems occurred around the world. Even though the
technology that people have nowadays is advanced, people did not figure out a solution to stop
environmental pollution. It is one of the most dangerous, and menacing problems on Earth.
Moreover, it destroys the nature. For decades, many people, and every creature that lives on
Earth have been suffering from this destructive problem. There are three types of environmental
pollution, and those are water, air, and land pollution. People have suggested, and worked on
developing solution for environmental pollution, so that people can save the world from getting
destroyed by this harmful problem.
The first type of environmental pollution is air pollution. Air is an essential source for
breathing for humans, animals, plants. Of course no one wants to live in a polluted environment.
Living in a world where all people have to use cars to travel, and go from place to other causes
people to buy cars. As a result, there will be many people who use cars. According to Conserve
Energy Future Manufacturing industries release large amount of carbon monoxide,
hydrocarbons, organic compounds, and chemicals into the air thereby depleting the quality of air.
Manufacturing industries can be found at every corner of the earth and there is no area that has
not been affected by it (paragraph 8) .The negative side in cars that cars exhausts produce
carbon, and this causes air pollution. Moreover, people now live in the industrial age. Therefore,
it is obvious that there are many factories nowadays. People need factories for business, and to
make products. These factories have destructive effects to the environment because they produce
smoke, and this smoke causes air pollution. Moreover, air pollution causes global warming, and

global warming increases the global temperature. Therefore, it might cause floods and rise in
seas levels. This problem looks menacing, but there is a solution for every problem in the world.
The second type is water pollution. Water is one of the most paramount sources for
drinking. Everyone has to drink water daily. In fact, without water no one will survive on Earth.
Nowadays, water is getting polluted. Water pollution is a global problem in the world. According
to Abdul Azeem Water pollution is any chemical, physical or biological change in the quality of
water that has a harmful effect on any living thing that drinks or uses or lives in it (page1). This
means that water pollution has negative effects in fish, and other creatures. There are several
reasons that cause water pollution. First of all, oil spill causes fish death. Even if the fish did not
die, it might kill people that will eat them. Moreover, there are many plants, and algae that live
under the water, and in the ocean that might get killed because of oil spill. Secondly, factories
wastes might contain chemicals that can be toxic for underwater nature. Furthermore, in some
countries people throw trash, and rubbish on the beach, and that might cause water pollution.
However, people must believe that they can make a way out from this intimidating problem.
The third type is land pollution, and this type has destructive effects on plants and
animals. It may kill and destroy animals habitats. There are animals that feed on plants. Also,
birds live on trees. So, what would happen if those habitats got destroyed? Where will birds live
on? What will some animals feed on? People may not be able to see the effects with clarity, but
land is being polluted and abused. Land pollution means the pollution, and the destruction that is
initiated from human activity. There are many reasons that caused land pollution. One of them is
agriculture activity, and farmers are likely to use fertilizers and pesticides to prevent insects, and
bacteria from their crops, and those fertilizers and pesticides are toxic. Moreover, the items that
cant be recycled will be buried under the ground, and this destroys the beauty of our nature.

People should know the consequences from destroying lands, and not to be careless about the
environment.
Solutions must be made in order to solve this global problem. There are many ways to
stop polluting air or at least reduce it. The main cause for air pollution is the carbon that comes
from exhaust in cars. People can either use electronic cars or use public transportation in order to
reduce the amount of carbon in the air. Using public transportation will definitely help people not
to use their own cars, and this means that more fuel will be saved, and less fuel will be burnt.
According to Conserve Energy future Large amount of fossil fuels are burnt to produce
electricity. You can save the environment from degradation by reducing the amount of fossil
fuels to be burned (paragraph22). Moreover, switching off fans and light when people are
outside will decrease the quantity of fossil fuels are burnt to produce electricity. People should
never give up because of how huge the problem is, and every problem in the world can be fixed
no matter how enormous it is.
People have never lived without water before. People should be more concerned about
water. People cant deny how important the water is. Solutions must be suggested to save our
water, and nature. There are plenty of solutions to stop polluting water. One of them is, making
people aware of the problem is the first step to solve it. Then, the government should make
penalties for people or the factories that pollute the water. As a result, those penalties will help to
protect the water from industrial wastes that come from factories. Also, the trash and human
activities that are thrown into the water. If the government made strict laws, it would definitely
support the environment in the future. People should make decision, and work together as one
hand to make our mother Earth clean, and wonderful planet.

The effects of land pollution are very hazardous. People should consider this problem is
one of the hugest problems in human history. People have to stop it because it might destroy our
planet in the world. The question is how can people stop or reduce land pollution? In fact, there
are many different way to do it. First of all, finding new ways to get rid of the items that cant be
recycled. For example, people can reuse the item or at least take the parts that can be used again
instead of burring the whole item under the ground. Secondly, reducing the quantity of pesticides
that are used in agriculture activity because they are poisonous. Moreover, making commodities
from recyclable materials is beneficial because they can be recycled after they are used. Solving
these problems will make the next generations live in a clean, beautiful planet.
The future of the Earth is in our hands. The beauty of our planet relays on us. People have
the power to make this planet beautiful and clean from pollution, and they can destroy it by
polluting the environment. Everyone wants the best for their children and grandchildren.
Everyone wants the best for the next generations. Of course people dont want to see their
children live in a world where every place is polluted. According to Todd Johnson The World
Health Organization estimated that 650,000 people died prematurely from urban air pollution in
developing countries in2000. (page11). This means that more than half million people died from
just air pollution. Also, it shows that pollution is actually menacing and hazardous on peoples
life, so what are we waiting for? Do you want to see your children or your grandchildren die
because of pollution? There are many scientist that can help the world to develop new
technologies and new methods, and eventually save our planet.
