CW5 James R. Massey is currently assigned as the Chief, Flight Training Branch, Directorate of Training and Doctrine (DOTD). Previous assignments include battalion
master gunner; brigade standardization instructor pilot; and Tactics Developer, DOTD. CW5 Massey deployed for Desert Storm, and Operation Enduring Freedom. He
has 26 years service. CW5 Massey is qualified in the UH-1, OH-58A/C, AH-64A, and the AH-64D.
